Bacon af hvalp ("Puppy Bacon")
In my book Bacon af hvalp I tried to describe our strange relation to the other animals, and to ourselves as animals.
But it didn't really work.
It simply wasn't possible to create just one sensible and coherent sentence about our paradoxical relation to animals.
So instead I created an exhibition at Galleri TESE in Aarhus as a kind of scenography, based on the theme of the book. Besides stuffed pets and their toys, the exhibition contained texts about killing animals, animal waste and a smell of bacon.
